PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS! We have been encouraging travelers to “get a passport” for the past several years and now is the time to do it! It’s a fairly easy process (you can do it at most Post Offices; some even have cameras to take your picture), cost is about $100, and best of all, passports are good for 10 years. It’s important to note that the Departments of State and Homeland Security have tightened up on passport requirements and have issued some new directives. Now, EVERYONE needs a valid passport, even for travel into Mexico, Canada or the Caribbean. Non-U.S. citizens may require a visa in addition to their passport. RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE: Travel Time Tours acts solely as an agent in arranging hotels, transportation, sightseeing and other services; and does not assume liability for injury, loss, accident, or delay due to any act or default of any other company or person. ITINERARIES AND PICK-UP POINTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: Refunds (less a $15.00-$30.00 administrative charge) are made ONLY if cancellation is received approx. five (5) weeks in advance of bus tours of five (5) days or less, while more EXTENDED tours (bus, air, cruise) are subject to more strict cancellation policies (usually (2) two months and one week prior to departure date). Deposits on theater and other ticketed venues (air tickets) are NON-REFUNDABLE, and there is no refund on ANY cancellation under 60-90 days on these venues. Check with office for more information on a particular tour. Cancellations received after these dates will be charged 50% to 100%. TRIP CANCELLATION AND INTERRUPTION INSURANCE RECOMMENDED ON OVERNIGHT AND EXTENDED TOURS.
TRANSPORTATION: Travel Time Tours has chosen to use only the most deluxe transportation available: featuring courteous and experienced drivers, reclining seats, air-conditioning, restroom facilities, DVD video, and stereo music.
MEMBERSHIP FOR "MAILED" NEWSLETTERS(TEMPORARILY PAUSED): For CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS dues are $5.00 per person or per family for one year. Members receive a QUARTERLY newsletter of upcoming trips mailed directly to their home. Your friends are welcome to take any of our tours, as membership is NOT a requirement to travel with us. Youngsters (min. age 7) are welcome on all NON-GAMBLING TOURS!
